this facility was clean and in good repair, the staff courteous and helpful, their hours from 6 to 10 every day made it very accessible for me in my chronic muscle disorder. the previous storage site I was with was in a constant state of repairs, they did not open before 9:30 every morning and there were "street people" that blocked or impeded my way and they were $40 higher than A-1 Self Storage on Pacific Highway. the only thing that I did have issue with was their "timing" on their code entry mechanism. I'll just say the same thing I did for my Google Review: We are new to A-1 Self Storage but we love it already! Leo was super friendly, got ahold of me as soon as I made a reservation for a space, explained everything clearly, and there have been no surprises thus far. A-1 also informs you of any rent increases that are set for the future, unlike others I've used before who made it an entire surprise when my rent went up.
