Very friendly and professional service by the front office staff. Rented two units on two different days and both transactions took just a few minutes. I love they have access to their property gates through a phone app and you don’t have to stop and get out of the vehicle and go to the keypad. Big time saver. Also love the wide access they have around their units. This allows you to park at your unit and someone can still drive around you.

The waiting list paid off for acquiring a second parking space rental. Also, the wait was relatively short. I haven't yet driven a 3rd vehicle into the yard which has information that will be submitted on office paperwork. I'm not supposed tp park 2 in a 10 × 29 which is why I'm pointing out someone else doing that in a 10 × 29 and another party doing that in one of the smaller smaller spaces.

Really not pleased at all with the customer service or lack thereof. I went through the main line to get a quote that was emailed to me and was good for 14 days and then when I called the store directly that the unit was at I was told they wouldn't honor The quoted price. After about 20 minutes he finally responded that his manager showed him where that price was located or the quote.
