gets a 3 b/c every year saw 10% increase in rent. facility is certainly well kept, and personnel i dealt w/ - except for most recent, were professional, responsive. i could not sign long term lease, so 10% yearly increase is built into their billing model: you'll get an automatic notice every anniversary. in the past, personnel were willing to work with me - reduce increase to 5% based on my past pay history, etc. this year personnel (eric in mission valley) adopted a take it or leave it attitude on 10% increase. so i left ... read more
