Went there today to get a storage room and was helped out by Shawn she was awesome. Recommended the perfect size storage room for my belongings and was very friendly. The office was nicely decorated for the holidays and felt very comfortable and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking to store things and need a very secure environment.

I was a renter at this A-1 Storage facility for 10 years. It was a trusted fact that the bathroom was always clean and that the customer service was stellar! I appreciated the warm response when I asked if boxes could be driven down to my unit as I was packing to move. That was cool! It was done with a smile ... a laugh together ... and much appreciation! I met Shawna last year when my husband passed away. At that time I don’t know my access code in our storage but Shawna help me with the process and she was really very helpful. Last week I went back to San Diego formy husband’s 1st death anniversary. I need to move out right away cuz I only have four days to do everything in San Diego for the last time. Shawna once again helped me with the process and how do smoothly without the stress. I am very very glad that she was there for me from the get go. I treasure her kindness, her adapt to helped people. She treats me like a family. I highly recommend this place the people are really good.
