Great to meet great service!
Went there today to get a storage room and was helped out by Shawn she was awesome. Recommended the perfect size storage room for my belongings and was very friendly. The office was nicely decorated for the holidays and felt very comfortable and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking to store things and need a very secure environment.
Made arraingments with wonderful lady for a unit. Arrived in 10 minutes as discussed only to find out I had spoken to a far away agent, and the local desk clerk had no f'n idea who "Rachel" was. Be prepared to spend 20 minutes each visit trying to find where the carts are hiding
