From my 1st phone call I was able to reach a live person ( Trevor) this is more important than computer generation knows…. Trevor could efficiently answer all my questions immediately and made me feel welcomed.. He explained the procedures n if he was on site please wait… Which I could in my car because of all these raining days we hv… Trevor was very knowledgeable and fast with all the paperwork.. A very pleasant personality and made me fell very secure in renting a unit from your company and beautiful bldg and clean units n establishment… With being able to speak to a ( live) person I was able to handle everything faster when I arrived to see your lovely complex n meet Trevor..
