Excellent experience. The staff are very helpful and responsive. I called on a Sunday after Thanksgiving and was able to speak to a person off site to help me set up my storage.. On the same day, I also received a call from a representative from the San Juan Capistrano Storage Location. Impressive to receive help on a Sunday especially after Thanksgiving. Staff has continued to be helpful after storage rental. I appreciate their help especially because they made our delay house closing less stressful.

New facility, really clean, brightly lit, temperature-controlled. Very pleasant, efficient office staff. All units are indoors, accessed by elevator via unique code. Highly recommend!
