The young woman at the desk , Tracy , I believe is the main reason I decided to rent here. She was extremely friendly and in a very sincere and genuine way. She offered many choices for my needs. Took time to explain the processes and rules to me, while walking me to the unit. Her workspace was clean and organized and so was she. I am so glad the first place I went to didn't pan out. I've been dreading finding a place to store my truck for months. I've been calling around trying to find out more information and I didn't feel comfortable storing my vehicle anywhere. Dirt bags...STRAIGHT UP. I hope they see this and everyone else. Long story short left for a deployment, to their convenience they lost my auto pay info even though they had my wife's contact info put our stuff up for auction but I was luckily able to check my email. THEN I get back and despite the advertised climate control I had mold on my furniture and they were reluctant to send a check even though I paid for insurance. Seriously... these people SUCK!
