I kept all of my household belongings here for about a month while I was in between apartments. The staff here is incredible. Steve helped me figure out a unit that would accommodate all of my belongings as well as assuring me that everything here would be safe by informing me of their incredible secure systems. He was extremely friendly and welcoming, and always said hello and remembered my name each time I was there bringing or taking belongings. All in all, a perfect place to keep your extra stuff. Best experience ever!!! Who would've thought getting storage would actually be fun. I had to get my storage during a very stressful time and Ken took the stress out of the situation. His knowledge and questions gave me a breath of fresh air. If everyone had a Ken working for them businesses would run much smoother and customers would have confidence in their purchases. A1 rocks and very happy with what the product they offer.

Customer service was first class! Only stayed one month and when checking in was given a discount I did not ask for! Storage area was very clean and parking lots have plenty of room. What I liked best was the ability to get in and out of my unit until 10:00 pm, where most places cut you off at 6. Thanks Jules. Luchy and Greg

There are a lot of A-1 storage locations but this is the best I have found so far. There staff is really great and the "director of first impressions" Ken is hilarious! When I moved in they helped assess what size space I needed and ended up saving me $300...legit storage.

Quick on-and-off access from the freeways, clean, ample parking at most times. Been using them all year and visit about twice a month. The only problem is that there are a bunch of crackheads (albeit friendly crackheads) living there. It is an industrial zone across the street from a strip club and the airport Jimminy Cricket so the location is perfect if you want to grab a quick dance before you head off to some tropical destination. This place is great! I have rented many storage units before and I was afraid to walk into my unit with the thought I wouldn't make it out alive. A1 is so nice, secure and clean. The staff are all awesome. I receive packages a few times a week and they sign for them and then place them in my unit for me. It may not be the cheapest around but it's the best.

Totally glamorous. Seriously, way too shiny and pretty to be a storage place. Easy access off the freeway, ridiculously helpful staff that is always cordial when I ask them to come down to the basement and troubleshoot my malfunctioning storage unit door (it's usually my brain and motor skills that are the problem). Parking is fine with multiple loading docks, though if you've got a few major moves going on at once, it can be tight.
