This was our first experience having to use a storage facility. We read about A-1 Storage and were impressed by the great reviews. Well, our experience coming in definitely met all of our expectations! Leo and Gaby were super friendly and helpful with walking us through the renting process. We felt at ease with our stuff stored in a safe, clean and secure place. We for sure recommend this facility to all!

This place is right down the street from my house and caught my attention due to the business looking well kept. Spoke to a customer service rep and he politely explained my options and showed me some units. Needless to say, I have a storage unit at A-1 and appreciate the professional service.

Was looking for a storage facility, called around a few places then I called and spoke with Leo at this location. He was professional, courteous and earned my business. When I went in to get started I met with Jeffery. He was just as wonderful so I knew I'd be happy to store my items here. The facility was clean and the staff was great.
I received really great service from both Leo and Jeffrey. They were even able to to have another A-1 Self Storage in PB honor the referral credit to my boyfriend(not customary since different locations). Thanks for going above and beyond guys!

I've used many self-storage facilities around the country including several in San Diego. This is definitely has the friendliest, most accommodating and professional staff of them all. Check-in was fast. The accepted proof of insurance saving me the onerous extra charge, but what elevated them to the top of the list was their willingness to accept delivery and move into my unit a shipment I sent them from across country.
