The staff at this location was helpful and responsive during the year plus that I had units there. The units were always maintained and accessible, and there were sufficient handtrucks available as needed.
Great location, and super fast check-in service. Very friendly employees, the facilities are very clean and seem very safe, access to our unit is very easy. No complaints!
Isaac was very friendly and reassuring. This was my first storage rental and he walked me through the details of use of the space and billing. He also looked up units at other locations to ensure I was getting the best deal in the location that worked best for me.
As my wife and I work to decide on a long-term plan for some of our belongings, we opted to rent a unit for the interim while we make the most out of our 1BD apartment (and the lack of closets) in the Downtown area. From the first interaction I had with the A1 representative, I couldn't help but notice how easy and accommodating they strive to be as a company. My experiences with this A1 storage location have been excellent. The staff is outstanding--extremely friendly, helpful and kind! The storage units are clean and easily accessible at all times of the day and night. I highly recommend this location!

Great company - super helpful staff and clean/secure facilities. Small parking lot, but I managed to get a moving truck in there without too much difficulty. I've rented units with them twice now, and each time was a breeze. I recently rented a new apartment and so needed to move out my things, and they made it effortless to close out my unit. Excellent customer service! Matt Rose was extremely helpful and patient while I was trying to decide on what size unit to use. He helped me get through the paper work quickly and made sure all my questions were answered and that I had the best price possible.
Love this place, moving is never easy but these guys make it a lot less stressful. This my third time using this location and it's great. Always super clean and never too busy. I would highly recommend this place of you're looking for a clean place for your valued stuff!! Each unit is individually alarmed to too it off.
