Wonderful facility with ease of access and safety. Military discount is a plus, and very helpful attendant...even on Sunday!!!

I've used A-1 off and on since 2013 and have had a great experience each time. Leo and Jeff are professionals who assist you and ensure your experience with them is top notch. Next time I need a storage unit I will definitely use them again.
Great facility, clean safe and some of the most excellent customer service I have received. Everything was explained clearly and in detail by Leo. It was such an easy decision to choose this facility to rent from.
Stopped by yesterday to get some prices on different units and was extremely impressed with how professional and informational both Leo and Jeff were, they made this experience very easy and made sure they did what they could to help me save money and time and ended up leaving with a storage unit and a free lock! Love this place! Customer service is outstanding! I've rented several storage locations all over San Diego and this is the most affordable and best customer service I have come across. So happy people like this still exist! The facility is well maintained and i feel very safe coming in and out after dark. My storage area is very clean and secure!
Leo was very helpful in getting set up. He is informative and provides quick service.
Jeffrey was extremely helpful and took time to let us explore the units, even as he was dealing with other work. We got a great unit after comparing them all and at a great price with Jeffrey helping at each step. 10/10.
