I love this place. I haven't used a storage company in over 20 years...so prior to selecting A1 and my storage spot...I did my research. That said they have the best prices overall, the customer service was amazing!!! Love Brittany!!! She helped me the first time I went in and Patricia helped me the second time I went in. They were both soooo nice and beyond helpful. Thank you guys again for your help!!

Nice clean storage. I made a change last minute to the rental I reserved for my mom and Brittney went above and beyond to help me over the weekend over the phone to ensure I was satisfied and everything was good. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place.

I had to put my stuff in storage and drive back home cross country suddenly a few months ago. I was trying to figure out how to get my stuff home without flying there to he there in person, and it would've been impossible without Brittany's help. She was amazing, so nice and accommodating. I wouldn't have been able to get my stuff back home without her. Someone unlocked my storage unit and left my keys there without my knowledge, and she immediately locked it, put a company lock over that, and called me to notify me. I canno... read more

This is clean unit and looks secure by camera on site. Patricia helped me secure a good deal on a unit. She was courteous and assisted fast with the transaction. Time is precious.
