I had to put my stuff in storage and drive back home cross country suddenly a few months ago. I was trying to figure out how to get my stuff home without flying there to he there in person, and it would've been impossible without Brittany's help. She was amazing, so nice and accommodating. I wouldn't have been able to get my stuff back home without her. This is clean unit and looks secure by camera on site. Patricia helped me secure a good deal on a unit. She was courteous and assisted fast with the transaction. Time is precious.
A-1 Storage is professional. I have one ground unit that I access on a regular basis. The staff are friendly and Brittney was super helpful in setting up my unit. Only positive things to say. As a small business owner this unit is a life saver. The extras the staff provide make my day a whole lot better. No hassles here.

I came in yesterday looking for more information on a storage unit because I wasn't sure on what exact size I was looking for but I'm very glad Brittney helped me out so much! Best storage prices available, 1st months rent is free, and they provided great customer service over the phone answering all questions.
I recently got a unit from A1 storage and staff was nice and accommodating. I called in to reserve the unit and they went over every detail and answered all my questions. When I went in to pay for the unit, they happily took me to see it and even helped me choose another one when I wasn't 100% convinced with the first one they had shown me. The whole process was easy and fast.
This is my first time here and first off I was very impressed by the customer service... I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley over the phone and she was very knowledgeable abt the units and sizes... when I arrived at the location I was greeted by Patricia and she is so sweet and equally knowledgeable abt the units and company. When I walked into the office my paperwork was ready for me to sign... I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. Great job and great customer service I left satisfied.
