I recently got a unit from A1 storage and staff was nice and accommodating. I called in to reserve the unit and they went over every detail and answered all my questions. When I went in to pay for the unit, they happily took me to see it and even helped me choose another one when I wasn't 100% convinced with the first one they had shown me. The whole process was easy and fast.

This is my first time here and first off I was very impressed by the customer service... I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley over the phone and she was very knowledgeable abt the units and sizes... when I arrived at the location I was greeted by Patricia and she is so sweet and equally knowledgeable abt the units and company. When I walked into the office my paperwork was ready for me to sign... I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. Great job and great customer service I left satisfied.

The staff there is very nice and helpful. I called for a 7.5x10 and they said they have it. They called back and apologize and offer a 10x10 for a dollar more than the other one I had asked for. Remember that after 6 months they raise the rent. Other than that it's pretty convenient and the price is not too bad. Make sure you check in to receive a free lock.

This is the best location and Brittany is awesome and Danielle is the best! Wonderful customer service and very clean totally recommend this place to anyone!

Patricia and Sarah are very nice and helpful. Its a very clean well kept facility and I would recommend this location to anyone else looking to store in this area.

Awesome customer service, quick and easy. I inquired with their Bell Gardens facility, they didn't have the drive up 10×10, rep connected me with their Paramount store, ensured I had everything I needed and held my reservation till I got here.
