I was looking for somewhere to rent a reasonably priced space at a facility that was clean and well maintained. At Cypress A-1 Storage I found just that. Talia walked me through the rental process. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. If you're looking for a top notch facility with great customer service, this is the place.
I can't say enough great things about A1 in Cypress. I have been renting form them for over 3 years and at one time had 3 units. Steve and the team are amazing doing all they can to meet my needs. A great Place !!!!
This is one of the worst storage facilities I've ever been to. Closed 2 days out of the week which is super inconvenient. Martiza (lady in the front desk) is super rude acts like she owns the property. I'd stay away from doing business here unless staff is properly trained to deal with customers or this business changed its staff . 0 stars worst business ever
The place is very clean and the front desk John is helpful. He gives me a lot of information and showed me how to unlocked and locked the doors. I strongly recommend this self storage.
First time ever needing a storage. I gotta say this place made it very easy / smooth to find just what i was lookin for. John the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and very informational on all the sizes and prices this location offers. On our tour around the facility i notice also very clean neat place. Well kept as i had already visited other locations around the area that didnt match this one in particular. I am very pleased n happy that i came across this place. Well recommend!
