I would give this a 5 star but i had my unit for many years and they kept upping the monthly charges yearly. I was not happy about that even tho Brian knocked off a few dollars,however that is life. Great facility staff there in Cypress, they keep it clean and they are super friendly. I have had the unit since 2014. their rates go up every year & for the amount of items that i stored, it was just not affordable any longer. Great storage facility! Very helpful staff, clean and well lit facility, and great hours of access. I enjoyed visiting my storage unit, and looked forward to feeding a stray cat that called A-1 home. The self-service payment kiosk was very accommodating.

I have had two storage units at this location for a few years. I need to get rid of one of them soon. Steve is an excellent manager and a very kind person. I have had many different issues over the years that he immediate address. I enjoy talking to him and he delivers top botch customer service. He deserves a raise for sure.

It has been only a couple weeks since I started renting a storage space from this Cypress A-1 Storage Facility, but I already see some advantages of renting a storage space at this location. First of all, this facility overall seems to be very secure equipped with 24-hour surveillance cameras all around the facility corner to corner without a blind spot. Me and my husband we're driving along Lincoln in Cypress looking for a self storage then we saw A-1Storage so we decided to drop by to check what's the guy has to offer us or if he has promotional products that we need to use. His name is Steve. The place is clean and Steve helped us to choose the right size of storage that we needed. Thank you Steve.

Great place to store your stuff. The people who work here are very helpful. They maintain the compound like new. The freight elevators help get you to the second level with no effort. The large moving carts help to save your back. If you're looking for a safe secure clean place this is it.

I don't write reviews often, but having recently visited multiple storages to rent from, I felt obligated. This storage facility is very modern and well laid out. The doors and very new and lock securely. The place is well lit and easy to navigate. The manager Steve is very helpful and really knows how to take care of his customers. I'd highly recommend looking into this place.
