We were relocating to the area, and we drove a car one-way on our househunting trip and needed to store it somewhere for 6 weeks prior to our permanent arrival. We looked at all kinds of options, including airport long-term parking, etc. A1 had storage for our vehicle and it was so much cheaper than those options. I've been a tenant for many years and never have had any problems. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Especially, lots of thanks to 'Steve' who is a manager at Cypress location. You've been always taking care of us so professionally. His excellent customer service was the major reason why we have been there for more than 7 years. If anyone who is looking for a cheap place, this is probably not the one for you, but if you are looking for a clean and safe place, this is the right choice.

I have conflicted feelings about this place. PROS: clean easily accessible convenient hours friendly office staff CONS: non-office staff do not speak English, not even Spanglish weird billing policy I cleared out our storage and went in the office to cancel our unit. it was the 5th of the month, so the lady told me i had to pay $5.66 (or some other random amount) for the prorated days. no problem. then i get a bill in the mail about two weeks later, saying that my payment of $5.66 did not cover the charges so now i owe eight... read more
