Very helpful folks in the front office on High St in Oakland, CA. Straightforward rental. Easy setup of auto pay. Free lock offered for a review. Done!
Awkward location, but nice new facility. Awesome customer service from Lina and Patricia. They gave me a tour of the facility and thoroughly explained the rental agreement and broken down the charges in detail. One star off for the location. But if you're is familiar with this location I would not hesitate to recommend using them for your storage needs.

The place is really cleaned inside and outside. The units are open at a good time from 7-7pm. The employees there are very helpful and nice to talk too, plus did a great job showing me on the tour the first day. I truly would tell people to rent at this unit.
Went in to ask a couple of questions and ended up getting a unit on our first stop! Lina was great she did not hesitate to answer any questions and showed us a unit. Lina made the process quick and it's a very well kept storage business. Highly recommend!
