The place is really cleaned inside and outside. The units are open at a good time from 7-7pm. The employees there are very helpful and nice to talk too, plus did a great job showing me on the tour the first day. I truly would tell people to rent at this unit.

They are absolutely disgusting. Mgmt is rude and their not friendly to the disabled. Because they don't have janitorial services they feel like they don't have to clean. Bathroom was a nightmare! I'll add a photo later but its nasty. They say they have pest control but I highly doubt they spray indoors.

I was in need of a storage and this was my first time getting one. I came across this place on yelp and so glad I did. I suggest coming into the location as the call center had a different price. Nae was so helpful she answered all my questions showed me around. Best way to access my storage. The place is so clean. I also love that they have flat beds. You have a personal pin so noone should be able to access a floor that they are not on. The first month was free but you do have to pay the admin fee, insurance and lock. So f... read more

I've never rented a storage unit before and unexpectedly had to move out of our large home. I called A-1 and spoke to Nae who was super helpful in explaining my options. On move day, I arrived ahead of the movers to make sure everything was a go ( I don't know why I was nervous lol) and she explained the process in great detail and put me at ease. The facility was very clean and the unit was perfect. I recommend...10/10!

So far so good! Everyone is very nice and the facilities are very clean. There are a ton of units and it was easy to book one.

BRAND NEW storage facility as of June'23! Johnae was wonderful in showing us a few units to choose between. Fast elevators which is great for load/unload! And tall ceilings so you can stack stuff high! We are excited to start storing our extra stuff here!! :)
