Nice clean facility, temp controlled and great security. The staff was nice and inviting as well. Patrisha made a great first impression with me.

Awkward location, but nice new facility. Awesome customer service from Lina and Patricia. They gave me a tour of the facility and thoroughly explained the rental agreement and broken down the charges in detail. One star off for the location. But if you're is familiar with this location I would not hesitate to recommend using them for your storage needs.

Lina was very helpful. So helpful, I am contemplating hiring her away from you. It is such a refreshing experience when you have someone pleasant to talk to, who is willing to help and is knowledgeable of their product and services. Lina is a treasure.

The place is really cleaned inside and outside. The units are open at a good time from 7-7pm. The employees there are very helpful and nice to talk too, plus did a great job showing me on the tour the first day. I truly would tell people to rent at this unit.

They are absolutely disgusting. Mgmt is rude and their not friendly to the disabled. Because they don't have janitorial services they feel like they don't have to clean. Bathroom was a nightmare! I'll add a photo later but its nasty. They say they have pest control but I highly doubt they spray indoors.
