From the day I moved in, to the day I needed to move in to a smaller storage unit, Tara and Kiara have been exceptionally friendly, helpful and completely professional with any and all of my storage needs! Also, the facility is always well kept and maintained. Both office and grounds crew know how to run a successful storage location. I will absolutely recommend A-1 Self Storage at 8328 Center Dr to anyone I know.

Customer service is so important these days because it's so hard to find great customer service. I was in a rush that day and the ease of the process of getting a new unit was made so smooth with the help of Tara, Kiara and Jamie. if I could give them 10 stars that's what they would get!! thank you!! so much for all the help!!!
I always preach customer service and this location has it! TARA and KIARA are super duper sweethearts answered all questions with a huge smile. They remember me every time I go in and are the main reason chose I this facility (I'm big on customer service). And the prices are very very competitive. They have push carts you can use for transporting your belongings to you storage unit. There are 3 floors so they have an elevator and stairs for access.
I would recommend this storage facility to anyone and in fact have recommended it to quite a few people. I also recommend this exact location because the employees are amazing! Kiara Kremensky is the sweetest person I've ever met in customer service. Thanks for the safe,secure and clean facilities and the amazingly friendly employees.
Super affordable storage facilities, always very clean and well maintained. Terrific customer service/positive attitude, despite what some of the other Yelp reviews say. Kiara and Cyrina are both excellent, friendly and helpful!
