I would recommend this storage facility to anyone and in fact have recommended it to quite a few people. I also recommend this exact location because the employees are amazing! Kiara Kremensky is the sweetest person I've ever met in customer service. Thanks for the safe,secure and clean facilities and the amazingly friendly employees.
Super affordable storage facilities, always very clean and well maintained. Terrific customer service/positive attitude, despite what some of the other Yelp reviews say. Kiara and Cyrina are both excellent, friendly and helpful!
This storage unit is way off the beaten path in La Mesa. That's probably why it's ridiculously inexpensive. Pros: -Excellent customer service. The girls in the office are always ridiculously friendly. I've never gotten attitude, no matter what other Yelpers insist. -Super secure, clean, well-lit facility. -It's cheeeeeap. -Yelp check in gets you three free boxes. EVERY SINGLE TIME you check in. This place is very awkward. The elevator is in really bad shape and is much too small to fit a cart! It was kept clean and the staff was friendly but moving stuff in and out totally suct!
The customer service this self-storage is well below par. Do you remember how you felt when you walked into the front office in high school... same feeling when you walk into this place. You get the, "What the hell do you want?" look. The storage we use itself gets the job done though. The prices are satisfactory.
Self-storage ain't cheap but if you gotta go for it this is a VERY nice place to deal with. It's a convenient location to those who live in the area, clean, well-kept, very secure and safe feeling for both your stuff and yourself, and the ladies at the front desk--I'm familiar with Wendy and Jennifer--are cheerful and most helpful. I had looked into a smaller place that was cheaper nearby but it was also more inconvenient to get into and didn't look as weatherproof.
