Terrible experience with these people. After YEARS of on time payments we were CHARGED $50.00 for being less than two months behind. The business plan seems to be to take your stuff. Do NOT trust them!

Philip, when you go late, we are bound by certain legal obligations as spelled out in your lease. Unfortunately, when someone becomes seriously in arrears, fees associated with the process can add up. I'm sorry that we were unable to waive the fees you requested.
Super helpful staff and very easy to get too. We're storing almost our whole house during a remodel and this place is a lifesaver!

Please don't take your personal belonging to this storage they ask u to fill out paper work saying what u might put in the storage and then they go into your storage and steal what they want. My thing were only their for about 2 months and many thing were taken when I was asked to get a police report I did and the officer did a interview over the phone I told him what was missing and the officer said that it looked like a inside job all of the employee has their stories together they talk about having camera but the only cam... read more

This is our 2nd time using their storage unit. Still happy with service and rates. Very hospitable and I am grateful for the military rates.

A-1 experience and service! My roommates and I needed a storage unit for the summer and none of us have ever used a storage facility before, so I called A-1 to get our questions answered. Pinky answered the phone, and she was so helpful and kind! She helped us get set up at our storage unit (showed us to our unit, how to use the lock, and how to arm/disarm the unit). We got a free lock just by checking in on Yelp! The facility was very clean and cool, and the employees are very helpful! Overall, it was a great experience. :)
