My experience with renting storage from A-1 was great!! From the moment I called for general questions to walking onsite at the property Jesus was a tremendous help. He was very detailed and provided me with all the necessary information. This made the process for renting so quick, easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend renting any space here. Top notch customer service!

Friendly staff, clean facility, and reasonably priced. Only problem ~~ the rolling carts to help you unload are locked up at either end of the facility so you have to walk about 1-1/2 blocks after unlocking the cart and then walk back to return the cart and key.
Amazing service and the best rates in Fullerton for storage space. It was so easy to hold a space online and see our storage space before purchasing. Note: Lock is $15 in addition to the regular fee plus the protection fee. If you already have one, that's a definite plus!

Moved everything from my old storage unit 40 miles away to A-1 which is only 5 miles from me. Jose was efficient, friendly and very easy to work with. My movers arrived before me and Jose worked with them to access my unlocked unit. I have health issues and he was right there to help open the gate for me so I didn't have to fight with a gate, and get back into the car before the gate could close on me. Answered all my questions in a very professional manner.
I stopped by to see availability. Nathan and Jesus are awesome! Nathan to the time to walk me to each individual unit and allowed me to look in them all. Both Nathan and Jesus were very patient and answered my questions. Thank you both!
