I have been a loyal customer to this place for years. I have been paying $320 a month, and just found out that others renting the same unit are paying $200 a month. I understand how business works, unlike the Manager Scott who treated me like i was an idiot laughing at me right now. My father passed away about 9 days ago so we can't afford the storage and the Manager is laughing at me. I don't expect them to refund me all the money they extra charged me but some compassion would have been nice and to give me a months rent ba... read more
