I activated my account online, which was so fast and easy. Not 2 minutes later a nice young man (who I forgot his name ) called me and asked me if I had any questions. He was very friendly and helpful. Today, I went into the office to get my storage information, location and help. The gentlemen who called me was there, along with a nice young lady (who I also didn't catch her name with red hair) assisted me very quickly.
