Today I came in to look for a storage unit and had the pleasure of working with Chris--he was great! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I initially asked to see one unit, then decided I wanted to check out a size up, and without hesitation, he took me right over. Chris clearly explained the pricing, possible future rate changes, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The whole process was smooth, informative, and stress-free. Great experience and super easy. Highly recommend!

After speaking with the professional & courteous property manager I have decided to stay. I shouldn't have let an employee's treatment of me change my views. This place is still nicely managed & appearances are very clean. It's also one of the most price friendly locations.
