Just checking out! Had it for two months to temporarily store my stuff. Very Clean! GREAT staff!! They even call you to remind you to pay. Very impressed by the security of the place. Couldn't even steal my own stuff if I wanted to. They have plenty of very helpful moving carts!..but don't ask to borrow one, they won't let you lol
I had such a fantastic experience at A-1 on Santa Ana. The facility is pristine and constantly being cleaned. Being a new facility, all of the security features are top of the line. We were able to store a LOT in our 10×10 unit since the ceilings were so high. The staff here, especially James, is an absolute pleasure to work with and make every person feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this location for all of your storage needs.
Even though this location wasn't open for business yet when I stopped by, the staff that was there were able to answer my questions, go over pricing and even take me on a tour of the new facility. The property was very clean and staff was great, look forward to when they open!
