Excellent customer service for a storage place. John was especially helpful. Decent prices. Very clean facility. Seems safe despite the homeless people that tend to linger the area.

This facility is first rate! From the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff to the cleanliness of the entire facility (a clean bathroom is a thing of beauty). There are ALWAYS carts available to move things in and I always feel safe here.

I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area. James is the manager here I believe and has twenty-six years of storage experience so he definitely knows his ins and outs when it comes to any questions regarding your storage needs. He was a wealth of information and assistance with everything from the moment I called to the date I moved my belongings inside.

Super five stars!! From the time I inquired with them till today it was a great partnership. John called and explained their process very nicely and with that call only I made my mind (I had other options which I almost finalized before John's call). During agreement James showed the unit and again explained do's and don'ts nicely. He is very friendly and nice to talk with. Price and deals are better, cleanliness is good and facility looks safe and secure.

I'm very impressed with this storage facility. I've used the place for approximately 2 months. My husband and I are glad that we've moved out of our old space and over to this place. It's clean. It's new. The staff is friendly. I can easily find a cart to move in/move out items in the room. The restrooms are clean and have all the supplies. I also feel relatively safe when I visit this facility, a major plus. A big kudos to James at A-1 for helping us make the decision to use this place over our old storage facility. Customer service was great! I had paid to rent a 10x10 storage and I was given a quick tour of how to get around and was shown my storage unit. He proceeded to inform me that my unit had a pipe inside and was willing to give me another unit if I didn't like it. So once we checked it out I found that the pipe was going to be in the way of my stuff (not to mention, it was a risk having it--what if my stuff damaged the pipe? Noooo). So far I am very impressed with this place! The service is excellent as is the facility. I am worried about the costs going up, since the low monthly prices are what got me to choose A1.

James was AWESOME!!! He was so helpful and took his time to give us a tour and even shared a few funny stories. I would recommend this place to anyone. The place is super clean and most importantly, SAFE! Thanks James :)

If you're looking for fast friendly knowledgeable service make an appointment with James at A1 Storage. It's a new storage facility that opened in September. By car it's easy to get to, the place is clean and well maintained. James took us around and showed us how to work the storage units, kindly went over our contract and made sure we had working locks. That's one less headache we had to deal with in renting a storage place. Thank you James for making our visit easy and pleasant.
