I was very pleased both with the fair price and the exemplary customer service. I needed the Unit for storage while subletting for a month between leases. The location is easy to get to. The units and the facility itself are clean and well maintained. If and when I need Storage in the area again I will absolutely be using this facility. I would recommend it to anyone with storage needs.

Without a doubt, the cleanest storage facility I have ever been to. Also: great pricing. Also: it's hard to beat having access from 6AM to 10 PM. Also: James is a pleasure to work with, answers questions thoroughly, and has a great sense of humor. Also: a great, central location. If I could give 6-stars, I would. Yelp is the only limit to how impressed I can be by this facility.

James at A-1 Storage was absolutely outstanding! He was very informative and helpful. The facility is great. It is neat and tidy! By far the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. The prices are great too!!

I had never rented a storage unit before and didn't know what to expect. In my mind I had thought it would be dirty, have crabby and uncaring employees, and would be kind of sleazy and unsavory, but I was so wrong. I went there to check it out and John explained to me how it worked and showed me around. I was surprised at how clean and organized it was. The next day I went to rent a place and James set me up. Store your things here! I called a general phone number for A-1, had a rep locate nearby facilities, checked the availability of the size unit I needed, and received quotes immediately. She did all of the leg work for me - super awesome considering how stressed I was over my move. The interaction at the unit was just as pleasant. The facility is very clean, they are extremely thorough and patient, and my move there was super smooth. I was super impressed by the professionalism and communication that John and James provided.

Love this place! I was in desperate need of a last minute storage space and I Googled storage in the area and A-1 Self Storage popped up as #1. I am super picky when it comes to my things and where they go, but being that this facility is pretty new and I took the chance. I found this place online and didn't know what to expect. It's a brand new facility so it's super clean. The space is well equipped with operating elevators and has plenty of carts to haul your stuff wherever it needs to go. The staff was friendly and helpful. We are a short term rental and will be out by the end of August.

I am very impressed by the superb customer care at A-1 Santa Ana facility. I called A-1 two days ago for a dear senior couple friend of mine and spoke with John. He patiently and properly addressed all my questions and concerns. He even told me that he won't be available the next two days, but James will be.
