I was with A1 storage for over 10 years, they are very nice and the facility is good , but the price is way too expensive, it's only storage and we are paying for insurance so what is the extra cost that you guys have for increasing the rate, I know you have to pay your employees but still its way too much. I am no longer with A1, decided to try another company

This is a great storage facility. Superb staff with Maria and James. Maria notified me when a space I had been looking at became available. Very clean operation.
I was just passing by, looking for a storage facility on San Fernando rd. saw this facility, stopped by and was helped immediately by Maria (my Mom's name) she took the time to explain everything ( being my first time I needed it ) and closed the deal within 15 minutes===great service==great employee. Thanks Maria.
A1 is a well operated and reasonably priced storage facility. Over the years we have dealt with several storage locations and A1 is by far the best. The Glendale office is courteous and efficient and very responsive to special requests.

I don't have a problem with their service. Everyone is pleasant at this location. But they are not honoring the 3 free box offer via yelp by mobile device. They insist on you printing the offer out and give it to them. Doesn't that miss the point of a yelp mobile offer?
The staff at the Glendale location are really cool, but for the Mngr Russel. OMG! this guys sux! he has no common sense at all. can't relate well with pple, his attitude sux big time.

I've shopped around and found A1 Storage to be one of the cheapest storage around Glendale. They're clean, have lots of cameras, and security is great. I've rented a storage from here for over a year and haven't had any issues. Kevin, the manager is very helpful and will give you a courtesy call to remind you of any leftover payments before you assess a late fee. If you get a storage on the second or third floor, the storage becomes cheaper. They have large elevators to make moving easy, so don't worry about having a storage... read more

Homeowners and business insurance policies often have steep deductibles, and filing a claim could raise your premium. Our Protection Plan has no deductible and compliments your existing insurance.
I received some of the best service from a man named Kevin here. Their storage units are always clean and the people are always helpful and polite. The price is normally low and I wouldnt use any other place now. I've used it in Fullerton and Glendale now.
