I recently moved my belongings to A1-Storage, and it's been such an unbelievably smooth experience. From the initial phone conversation, the reservation process, the paperwork, and the staff support thusfar, I'm very satisfied and relieved that I picked A1. Maria from the front desk is also super helpful and pleasant. Plus--the place is immaculate.

Excellent customer service!! This was my first time renting a storage unit and surprising it was an easy process.. thanks to James and Maria! They were exceptionally professional and thorough with the entire process. Not only that, they had gone above and beyond for me on moving day. The movers and I were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and were close to arriving after they close. I made several calls and spoke to James to let him know of the situation, and he was so kind to stay longer to help me with my paperwork. ... read more

The place is clean and Maria was professional and nice. This is my first time renting a storage unit and A1 is safe and also convenient with longer access hours which is a big plus!

We found A-1 on Yelp, and after checking out 3 other places nearby, we chose it because it was by far the cleanest and nicest, though not the cheapest-priced about the same as one other and more than the other two. Maria, who is usually there, is professional, friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and very bright with auto sensor lights that light up as you enter hallways. Some of the other places required you to load/unload at loading areas requiring lifting etc and one place had units that weren't level with elevator... read more

After my last experience with a storage company I dreaded having to go through it again, however, my experience with A-1 storage is amazing, so easy, well explained, safe, great hours and an amazing price. Couldn't be happier, friendly front desk as well!

Stayed for 2 months. Had a great experience. Friendly staff! Clean & air-controlled space. They even had some radio music piped throughout the halls. Convenient location.

I am a busy designer and home stager and A1 Self Storage has been an amazing help to me. Not only did they grant me 24 hour access but when I need extra space, they always have another unit to accomodate me. Maria is very helpful, always super friendly and has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. I can't recommend them enough.

I came here on a whim and so happy I did. Maria is AMAZING. So helpful and patient. Storage place is clean and safe. Most important for me. Recommend in a heartbeat.
