Back in 2016, my sister recommended A-1 Self Storage. A few months later, I decided to moved in because of their extended access hours--which is more suitable for my hectic work schedule. I've recommended others too.

I was so stressed about an upcoming move, and was trying to find a storage unit on fairly short notice. Other storage units in the area gave me bad vibes over the phone, and their reviews were a little questionable. I noticed that A-1 Self Storage had pretty much only positive reviews, so took a leap of faith and rented a storage unit out with them. I totally understand now why all the reviews are positive! As many others do, I go to Yelp to see what's out there and what the best options are. Other storage centers had some pretty bad reviews so I decided to go with A-1 even though there were other centers closer in distance to me. And much like the steak sauce of the same name, A-1 did not disappoint. The customer service at this location was so refreshing and reassuring. The location is perfect and the facilities are great!
Adam & James took good care of me here at A-1 self storage. Nice clean facility everyone being thoughtful and wearing masks. They were knowledgeable about pricing and the units. They matched their online rate which is lower than normal and if you check in on Yelp they include a lock for your unit when you sign up.
I recently rented a unit at A-1, their customer service was excellent, very kind people. I rented with them as apposed to Public Storage because there prices where better and provided better customer service. I went to Public Storage and they made stand outside in the heat for 15 minutes while finished with the customer that was in the lobby. I would have understood if the lobby was small but it about 1000 sq ft.
