Fast and friendly service. The office manager explained all the costs up front and explained how everything worked thoroughly. The original unit was way in the back of the facility but was able to find me a unit toward the front upon my request because I have an infection in my knee and walking on it extensively is painful. The facility was very clean and accessible. Would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.
Been going here for 2-3 years and they MAXIMIZE the rent when they can and literally CALL YOU THE DAY THE INVOICE IS DUE despite having a grace period. No other company harasses you as much for storage nor is this greedy. AVOID at all costs.
It’s clean and spacious. Only one person managing the whole operation of the place is kind of inefficient since she has to close the office every time she is required somewhere else. The staff over at Price Storage is super friendly compared to A1 Storage.
This is the best storage facilities I have rented from! Rosa is so helpful and makes for a very pleasant experience. The location of the facility works perfect for me and it is always clean. Thank you so much and I will be renting my unit for a long time!
Everyone at A1 Garnet is so helpful, lovely, and professional. The place is clean and well-lit, and I even like the music that is always playing in the building - it makes it more fun to bring in a load of boxes. Very high marks for Rosa and the entire team!
