Evan was amazing. I recently moved my company's storage to A-1 off of Garnet and although it can be tough turning in or out of the driveway, everything else is great. It's clean, there are lights (which seems simple but was lacking at my last storage unit), it's in a convenient location, etc. Evan was so helpful with the paperwork process and picking out 3 units that were close and efficient for me :)
The storage facility is clean and well maintained, but they have raised the monthly prices three times in the last 18 months. It's your typical bait and switch from initial pricing I agree to pay. I would look at other facilities.
Very friendly staff and easy to sign up. Perfect location for us to store our things until we move into a new house. Very safe and well lit.
Excellent customer service! Mayra and Rosa were really helpful, specially with showing me the unit before I decided to rent it. They both made getting storage a super easy experience.
Came here to drop my stuff as I'm moving TOMORROW so tight on time and I have my movers with allllll my stuff where I'm paying by the minute and I get here and they are not in office :) whose refunding me the 50$ I had to spend on the movers because you guys weren't open to just give me my code into the building it's 4:15 and you guys close at 6 thank you for this definitely taking my shit and leaving this place. The owner called me seemed nice and helpful just bad timing
Awesome service and very convenient storage elevators with everything being centralized so you don't have to tug your times over long stretches. Very secure and container hours. I highly recommend.
So fast efficient and easy. Was able to see the storage unit first to confirm it was just the size that I needed. Everything was very clean and checking in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.
[Updates] I received the call from Robert, their area manager, and they agreed to refund me and I have received the refund. Although there is still a miss on the refund amount, it's more acceptable than how they handled this before.
We were in a pinch, and needed storage space on short notice. We compared a few nearby properties. After visiting A-1, the decision was easy - it is clean, secure, and well managed.
