Very clean, secure place to keep your stuffs in. They have a prorated way to rent per day basis as well. Flexible. Strongly recommend this place.

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Some moving friendly tips: forget the U-Haul!! This location in PB Offers a truck for your use (call for pricing & availability) but it saved me so much time (and money). Thankfully, I went to check out the unit/sign paper work before going to U-Haul to pick up the truck. In the parking lot, I noticed a truck that said "we move you free". This storage unit is the nicest I've ever used. They have a check-in for a few free boxes which is nice. They always have dollies available to load and unload your items. Their facilities are clean and their employees are extremely helpful. The two downsides to this self-storage are the location and the cleanliness of the units. Storage unit is easy in and out, Ashley,Jayla and her crew from the beginning were very informative about the rental process. Jayla showed me a few different options of storage units before I rented mine. Ashley also is great. She assisted me when I misplaced my code the other day quick and easy. This was a very convenient storage because it's right by the freeway.

Move out day and the plans for the big box fell through, so last minute had to store my belongings somewhere. Luckily I was able to get a unit at a-1 and weirdly enough had a lot of fun moving my stuff and dancing through the halls on the moving cart with my boyfriend! Evan, the person who helped us, kicked off the good time pretty sure we walked in 10 mins before close and Evan gave us top notch customer service! You're the bees knees man! Hope Halloween was fun at A-1!

Evan was extremely helpful in setting up my storage unit, he even helped me out by giving me a ground-floor unit to make it easier for me to load things in quickly with my dog. I honestly chose the storage unit over the other because of the reviews online! Definitely live up to their five star rating, they were also very helpful when I had some issues with my account while I was out of the country! Better pricing and better customer service.

Excellent value for the price, convenience, and peace of mind, knowing you can pre-pack (in our case, we needed to clear things out from 2 sheds in our backyard in a property we rent). I have been able to do 2 small loads in my car within 30 minutes starting at 6:15 am. We live 4 minutes away from A-1. Pre-load your car the night before, know what your next load is, then go! The facility is really clean and well-lit. It seems very secure for storage. Evan did an excellent job showing us around the facility and explaining how to input the codes. They have carts you can use for free to move your stuff. Elevators make it convenient to get your stuff to the unit. Very friendly staff and reasonable pricing.

Awesome experience using this location, would recommend to anyone looking for storage! All of the reps over the phone were prompt and friendly. Also, Evan, who helped me at the front desk of this location was INCREDIBLE! Also, over all the facility is clean and new and kept up very nicely. Elevators are fast and in good condition. Also, the radio station they play is amazing.
