I recently moved back to Los Angeles and, due to lack of storage space in my new place, found myself in need of a storage unit. A-1 Storage caught my eye due to the decent rates and good reviews here on Yelp. Susan helped my move in process through her succinct way of conducting business and her eagerness to provide great customer service. I wanted to rent a small place that was clean, safe, with good lighting and had air conditioning. The first place I called quoted me a price for more space than I needed, I'm not sure if they had smaller spaces but they didn't offer it, it would've been twice the price. This storage facility was fair and the customer service was great. A1 in El Monte was a great experience. This place plays no games. You pay them and they keep your stuff safe. I had no hassles. There service is great, particularly Susan at the front desk. I wound up in a pickle as the guy I was sharing my space with skipped town. Susan really helped me out of a sticky situation. Super sweet and helpful attendant and a trouble free storage experience lets me give them 5 stars. Thanks guys.
