The interior is organized and easy to navigate with automatic lights. I decided to set up on the 2nd floor and was told an elevator lift was provided to help with moving. Maria helped sign me up and Susan answered all the questions I had about their units. They were both very friendly and helpful. The rates are better than the one I have in Alhambra so I upgraded to a larger unit
