We had a storage unit here for nearly 20 years. There have been many changes in management over that time, and recently there have been many upgrades and improvements. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

This facility is clean and has the most competitive prices in the area. However, this review is really for Maricela. My husband and I just relocated out here from the desert and we needed a storage unit FAST! I was a bit stressed and didn't know what to do. The representatives at A-1 transferred me to Maricela and she happily answered ALL of my many questions. I've checked many other storage locations and A-1 easily has the best prices. On top of great prices, they have amazing deals/promotions. Be sure to use them. Super friendly staff, clean units, and great deals. A definite five stars from me.

Everything went incredibly smooth with A-1 and we had a good experience moving our townhouse into one of their larger drive-up units. Maricela was very helpful, kind, and informative. She really made us feel comfortable choosing their storage facility. She is truly top-notch with customer service. The first month of storage was free for our unit size which was an added plus. After checking out numerous places, this place had the best rates. First time renting a storage unit so I was a little apprehensive. Maricela was very courteous and helpful, walking me through the process. The unit was clean and I was happy with the 1st free month. Highly recommend this place.
