WARNING: Notified by phone this morning that storage unit was burglarized (along with several others)over the weekend. NO POLICE NOTIFIED "Because it's not our stuff". The metal locking component to the doorframe was sawed through... Staff stated that area manager Scott Yeaman had been on the property that morning and was aware, but it's up to the individual to notify police.... Most of what was stored is now gone.

We are very sorry your unit was burglarized and I understand how you would feel like we were not responsive when we called you and didn't call the police. Our practice is to notify someone immediately if we suspect a burglary and do what we can to re-secure the unit. We encourage you to file a police report and we will help the police in any way we can. DO NOT STORE HERE! This is the THIRD time we have come here to get our stuff from our second floor storage unit and the elevator will not work! Door says open till 8 PM. Everything is locked up. There are people living on site in the upstairs apartment that just say "oh sorry we just live here we don't work here", call the emergency number, they are not even affiliated with A1. So they reach out to the on call number and then call me back saying "oh they said that you'll have to wait until morning and nothing can be done abo... read more

Great and fast service. Came here need a place fast to store my stuff the lovely lady in the front helped me out very quickly and even gave me a tour to make sure I knew where to go thanks again

U can store ur stuff here for a monthly fee. U put ur own lock on the door and u can go in or out as often as u want between 7am and 7 pm. U can put as much stuff in the storage spot as long as it fits. Some people really pack a lot of stuff in there! But then they have to move all that stuff out if they need something from the back That's why we put shelves in and only load the thing to like 30% capacity. This facility is clean and has really good prices. We were looking for a storage to store some items that we didn't have room for at our house. Maricela was very helpful and showed us various storages until we found the perfect one. Definitely recommend going here if you need a storage.
