I write few reviews so listen up! :) I was a customer before A-1 Storage bought out the previous owner so when I got a letter saying the property changed hands, I was not happy and got the "big corp blues". BUT Maricela at A1-Storage was an angel to work with in the transition. She is personable, avails you of your options, and is a genuine pleasure to work with, especially in the yes/no/goodbye customer service atmosphere you experience these days. Very nice place, new units and building, clean!! Great rates. Closer to fountain valley than it is Santa Ana. Got quoted a rate on the phone and it was no hassle to get the paperwork signed once I looked at the unit! When I moved my stuff in I had a slight problem and brought it to the attention of the office and it was handled immediately with excellent customer service. I would recommend this this place to anyone in need of storage :)

Maricela is amazing! She helped my mom get storage and explained everything so she felt comfortable signing the rental. I highly recommend this storage location if your looking for something local, clean and safe. We appreciate the awesome customer service.

My husband and I needed to store some stuff in between houses, so we got one small one plus a huge one (for furniture). All the doors and locks were new and theft preventable. The rooms were clean and had no bugs. The price is really reasonable. Also, the manager, I believe her name was Maricela, was very kind and professional. I will definitely come here again in the future should we need storage again. Also, you get a pin connected to your account so you can go to your unit even if the office is closed.
