Great place. Friendly. Jon was really helpful promote him. Lady at the call center told me a lock was free but they didn't do that anymore but they honored it. Great customer service.
Great customer service on the phone and in person. Clean and well priced units. And they offer military discounts. I recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Best prices in town hands down , online is the best option for specials & deals , they also offer free moving truck but would call ahead to make sure it's available

This A-1 Self Storage was top notch. It was very clean and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Reserving a unit was easy and fast as well as closing out the unit. Yesterday I got a call from the Area Manager for A-1 Self Storage because of my low YELP review. What he shared with me improved my rating. He told me A-1 had resisted the trend to have lower advertised (teaser) rates based on increasing the rate in the first few months. Ultimately, they could see they needed to reluctantly join that trend or continue to lose new customers to their competitors who used this tactic.
