Super nice guy that showed us around - and he was uber respectful, which is a nice change when you're a young girl looking for services. Great prices, clean facility, and well run. Don't let the crappy surrounding areas fool you when you pass by; it's a great place to store your goods.
This particular location is nicer than other facilities I've seen, and more affordable. I love that some units qualify for a free month which was a nice touch. With lots of dollies available and the halllways are wide with an elevator, I'd say that A1 is one of the better places I've seen in the south bay
The absolute best service I have ever received. Visar was great!! Absolutely the best customer service skills out of any storage. He even helped me lift a box in to my new storage. I call that great service. Graciela even helped out a lot. She made my service smooth. The storage is very clean, and very spacious. Great access.
Very clean, made everything easy and convenient!!!!!!! Had just the right Price and size of storage I was looking for !!!!!! Easy access!! Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit!!!
The faculty is clean and secure. I was very pleased with the service there and felt the customer service was excellent. I prefer them over US storage as they will prorate your rent to pay for only the days you are there and not for the whole month. Graciela was especially helpful. I recommend A-1 self storage and will use them again!
Likes: Clean, has carts, has big elevator. Interesting sizes and very modern looking with motion sensing led lighting and keypads. Good pricing. Dislikes: Lights timers turn off too quickly when in unit. Elevator button must be pressed after inputting keycode which is on the other opposite wall rather than in the center.. Button should not exist if using a key code or put it on the same wall in the center Keycode module at entrance and exit are blocked by a yellow pole forcing us to exit our vehicles twice per visit...
