Came in on a Monday afternoon looking for a space big enough to store a billiards table. Todd helped me out and was professional and courteous throughout the whole visit. When we weren't too sure if they had any spaces suitable for me, he even helped me out and called other locations. Thanks Todd for the excellent customer service! Highly recommend A1!
We have "stored" here for over 8 years. A few weekends back I entered our unit only to smell cigarette's. Oh! Me....Oh! Mywe have 2 and this was the one that had family photos and precious memories from my set and hubby's side who have died. I phone the front desk and immediately they picked up. I said I was concerned about the possibility of everything burning up. This is a great storage facility that's very convenient for me. The team of Todd , Marisol, Amy are very friendly and professional. Todd took me on a tour to see the sizes of storage units. He's very knowledgeable and had good recommendations. You can see how clean and tidy the entire facility is firsthand. Marisol and Amy have been so friendly and helpful throughout this whole process of renting a storage unit. From the first greeting to the final goodbye. This location on Ball Road is always clean and secure. I always feel safe when I go to my unit and the unit itself is secure, clean and dry. Payment options are simple! They always give you a courtesy call and a grace period if you may have forgotten to pay (as I often do!). The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Amy. The staff is very nice and prices are reasonable. Marisol assisted me with moving out and ensuring my needs were met upon leaving. If I ever need a storage unit, I will most likely choose A1.
The short: Great service; got more than what I expected; easy to access. Super clean and convenient location. staff has always been friendly and helpful (Amy and Todd ).
