I toured the facility with Amy...she was very helpful and informative. Showed me the facilities and my choices for a 10' x 20', a 10' x 25' and a 10' x 30'. Went with the 10' x 20' with drive up access. Priced lower than the surrounding areas and with the cleanliness of the place and the security, I was comfortable leaving my items here. I received 1/2 off my first month's rent. You have to put in a code to gain entrance and to exit so they keep track of who goes in and out. EXCELLENT self storage facility, always clean, secure and well maintained!! Management (Todd, Marisol & Amy) is always friendly, courteous and professional. One of the best storage facilities in OC!!

Only have been using this place for less than a month so far, but have been really impressed so far. Todd has been the best, addressing any concerns I've had quickly and witg courtesy. Would recommend highly.

Even though I did not use their storage facility at the moment. I have to say their professionalism and the way that they conduct business is superb. I would always use A-1 Self Storage when I need to have my property safe and in a manner that was on point.

This is the second time around that I've used A-1 Self Storage in West Anaheim and Todd is always the one that I've conversed with. He always makes it easy for me (on both occasions) to obtain the best price per square feet as well as any offers going on throughout the month. Every time I went in to pay for my unit, all of the employees always greeted me with a smile and they always asked if I wanted coffee to go. I always said yes and left with a smile on my face. Marisol and Amy are the best! Renting a unit was quick and easy. Took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Facility is super clean and feels very secure.

Amy and Marisol assisted me with my first self-storage rental. Both were extremely helpful and polite. Access to my unit is easy, it's clean, air conditioned, well lit, and the entire compound appears to be well secured at night. Can't beat the first free month and no contract! Thanks again ladies!

Great customer service and Great deal!! I needed a storage space during my deployment for Amy training for 3months. Amy helped me out she was very polite and professional helped me with the signing up process and it was easy! I got a first month free deal for 5 by 10 space. It was a steal!! But even before moving in, my wife was allowed to stay at home so I found no reason to borrow storage space. Great team and great facility!!! Everybody very friendly and willing to help. Even read my movers the riot act when they noticed they were not packing my unit correctly.
