Stephanie was very helpful and patient with this being my first time renting a unit and having various questions. She was also hilarious and really explained things thoroughly. I left without lingering questions and felt satisfied with where I'll be storing items. Great experience thus far.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Brian. I'm sure that a lot of Yelpers will find your review really helpful! I do want to clarify a little on rate increases. They are generally timed and we do give plenty of advanced notice. We typically review rates after 5-6 months, and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. We then review rates again after another 12 months and evaluate market conditions and pricing. I hope that helps, and thank you again for the great feedback!

AMAZING customer service. Very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get all my questions answered. I wasn't pressured into getting something I don't need like other places. They understand your needs, which is always very helpful. It's my second time getting a storage at A-1 Storage and I honestly wouldn't go with anyone else.

I had a unit here for a year and a half. The office staff was always incredibly nice and helpful and prompt in their service. It's possible to pay online, so that was convenient when I couldn't make it by in person. The whole complex is clean, well lit, and easy to maneuver through.
