Their service personal are very knowledgeable and courteous. They even broke up my total cost into payments so I could afford to do my whole house. there are some areas that leak & I made arrangements with them to make payments which I have been doing but have been contacted twice because for some reason their bookeeping is not accurate as far as payments not being made & wrong balance sent to me on invoice for $100 over original price
