Job had to be re-scheduled several times due to weather - not their fault. Office personnel were always very polite. The guys that did the job were great and saved me some money by omitting one of the downspouts that had been set up for an awkward area near my front door. They re-aligned the gutter to accomodate and it looks great!
Didn't call the day the services were to be delivered so I just had to hang around until they showed up at a non-specified time. Not sure the installer understood the damage a drop from one gutter onto roof shingles to another gutter can shorten the life time fo the shingles that are siubjected to the greatly increased water flow.
The overall job looks nice and works well. My disappointment was with the customer service and the failure to clean up the work site. Installation was not done when promised and when I called to find out why I was assured they would call when they had the material....no call.....they arrived on a day I had company coming for dinner and the sidewalk had nails left all over it....still picking them up from the lawn, shrubs, etc.....To finish off the job I was not informed that they charge an additional fee if you use a credit ... read more
Very friendly staff. Excellent attention to detail.
Great staff....they take a lot of pride in their work. Called them to let them know there was a possible leak in one of the seams..not sure..they came out immediately and sealed it anyway. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! The gutters look beautiful and add so much to our home.
A#1 kept their schedule and did an outstanding job, cleaning the gutter and installing the prevention mesh on the gutters.
