Michael, the rep I worked with, was great and made sure that everything was done right.
They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I was impressed by how they cleaned up the work area.
Too many follow up phone calls - arrived on time and good work but did not have leaf guards as I requested and was in my estimate - was supposed to hear back from them to re-schedule a time to install them but have not heard back.
We had three companies come out to provide gutters quotes. A#1SG was the only company that came when they promised, returned my phone calls promptly, and came in at the lowest quote. The day we had our work scheduled, the workers were on time, super friendly, and answered all of the question we had. We liked them so much that we even re-hired them to install more custom gutters on out walkway. OUTSTANDING!
On time installation, quality workmanship, thorough and complete design, fair price and all the right equipment on site to do the job correctly. Installer was very professional, skilled and courteous.
the workers new their job well and I was very satisfied with the results. the owner was very polite and gave me a good estimate and the office handled the paperwork and appointment with ease.
Job had to be re-scheduled several times due to weather - not their fault. Office personnel were always very polite. The guys that did the job were great and saved me some money by omitting one of the downspouts that had been set up for an awkward area near my front door. They re-aligned the gutter to accomodate and it looks great!
Didn't call the day the services were to be delivered so I just had to hang around until they showed up at a non-specified time. Not sure the installer understood the damage a drop from one gutter onto roof shingles to another gutter can shorten the life time fo the shingles that are siubjected to the greatly increased water flow.
The overall job looks nice and works well. My disappointment was with the customer service and the failure to clean up the work site. Installation was not done when promised and when I called to find out why I was assured they would call when they had the material....no call.....they arrived on a day I had company coming for dinner and the sidewalk had nails left all over it....still picking them up from the lawn, shrubs, etc.....To finish off the job I was not informed that they charge an additional fee if you use a credit ... read more
