This is the second time this year I've used AAA for two different appliance issues (dryer and dishwasher). Both techs, Stephen and Rob, were prompt, knowledgeable and efficient and friendly.

Immediately found the problem when another repair service told us they didn't know what was wrong and walked off the job with our $120! Great communication and friendly and competent service. Will definitely use them again!

I found Mike’s phone number posted on a Facebook group for parents of Las Vegas and called him regarding my refrigerator. He was able to come the same evening and took a look at it, figured out the issue and had it all fixed within an hour! He was professional, and his rate was fair. I will continue to call Mike for any future appliance repairs!

AAA Appliance was easy to deal with. The technicians they sent to our home (Joe and Dion) were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They quickly and correctly identified the problem. In just a few days, they secured the correct parts, then scheduled the repair visit. Our LG refrigerator needed a reprogramming of the ciruit board, a compressor, the evaporator and the dryer tube assembly. It was all changed out in a couple of hours. Dave was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why. He showed me a picture he had taken of the water level and it looked fine now I hope when I use the machine it will fill to the max level. Very happy with the service I received from Dave.

John came out for a difficult problem with our oven and took great time helping us decided whether it was in our best interest to fix it or replace it.
