John came out for a difficult problem with our oven and took great time helping us decided whether it was in our best interest to fix it or replace it. Josh my technician was wonderful, he thoroughly explained the process to my mother and made her very at ease with the whole repair. He was very professional and completed the repair quickly.

I bought a new GE side by side refrigerator. The door kept dropping. The service guy Josh was very polite, explained the issue to me, ordered a new door and just came back to replace it. I recommend them and would use them again if needed!
Scheduling was fast, efficient, and easy. Technician (David) was on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He even took the time to answer appliance questions not related to the repair. I cannot speak to their pricing as my repair was warranty work. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would request David as my tech.
