Billy came out and diagnosed the problem as my drain pump on my 2006 washer. The part was ordered and he came to installed it today. He was very pleasant and professional on both visits. The washer now works and is operating better than it has for a few years. Now unfortunately I have no excuse not to do laundry. :D
It was a very good experience, Adam replaced a warranty Bosch dishwasher part. Laid a large drop cloth first, then disassembled the machine replaced the part then assembled it. Tested the machine, gave us a few practical hints on running it and keep it clean. Very professional, will use their service again when needed.
